The most well-known types are copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets which are recognized in Kenya.

A key concern for individuals as well as corporate entities due to its great value,the rate of growth in Intellectual Property field and the recent international dynamics on strict adherence to the intellectual property rights has led us to undertake extensive practice in this discipline.
